Membership
How it works
A monthly membership that covers your primary care without billing insurance for office visits. Appointments are typically same day or next day, visits are longer, and you communicate directly with your provider.
Membership is a flat monthly fee. Higher tiers include peptides, aesthetics, hormone pellets or GLP-1 services. Current pricing for every tier is on the Membership page.
No. Membership fees give members access with discounts on select services. However, you do not need to be a member in order to receive services.
Yes. Membership has a 3-month minimum, and we ask for 30 days’ written notice to cancel.
We do not bill insurance for office visits, allowing us to provide personalized, comprehensive care without the restrictions often imposed by traditional insurance models. However, your insurance may still be used for laboratory testing, imaging studies, prescriptions, and referrals to outside specialists. By removing insurance from the visit itself, we can focus on what matters most, caring for the whole person, not just treating individual symptoms.
Yes. Membership is not limited to Arvada residents. Patients come from across the north Denver metro, including Wheat Ridge, Westminster, Lakewood and Golden. In-person and telehealth appointments are both available.
No, you do not have to be an established patient with E&O Wellness to have access to our cash pay services.
Care
What we treat
We provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive screenings and acute and chronic disease management. Additionally, we offer wellness services such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections, Peptides and Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Yes. Hormone health is one of the main focuses of the clinic. Natalie treats the symptoms that often come with perimenopause and menopause, including hot flashes, poor sleep, low energy, brain fog, mood changes and low libido, using hormone replacement therapy and EvexiPEL bioidentical pellets.
Yes, as part of a medically supervised weight management program rather than on their own. GLP-1 medications help regulate appetite, hunger signals and blood sugar, which makes the rest of the plan easier to sustain. Whether they are appropriate for you is decided at a consultation.
Platelet-rich plasma is created from your own blood. It contains concentrated platelets and growth factors that help stimulate tissue repair, reduce inflammation and promote healing. It is used for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, knee arthritis, rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow and chronic tendon pain.
