Tier 2
$150/month (includes primary care, peptide catalog, discounts on PRP services, aesthetics and HRT pellets)
Tier 3
$395/month (includes all services in Tier 2 + GLP1 services)
Your membership covers all the time, attention, and direct care you receive here at E&O Wellness.
For services like labs, imaging, prescriptions, or specialist referrals, we’ll still use your insurance — just like you’re used to.
This means you get the best of both worlds: transparent, attentive care plus the insurance coverage you already have.
Think of it like Netflix. You pay one flat monthly fee, and you can stream as much as you want — no surprise charges.
Your E&O membership is the same: unlimited visits, no copays, no hidden bills. And just like Netflix doesn’t include popcorn, some things (like labs or imaging, prescriptions and referral specialists) still go through your insurance.
